2.In the event an order which is not collected by the customer is returned to beautyluxe.lk by the postal or courier service the customer will be eligible to collect a refund.
3.Card payments will be refunded to the same card via the payment gateway which the orginal payment was initiated.It will take up to 05 working days for the payment to be processed and refunded.
